DAGMAGIC 100 no incoming sample rate lights?

I have a DAC Magic 100 and when I play music it does not show any lights on the incoming Sample Rate. I am using the USB 2.0 driver and I do hear sound but it won't show the sampling rate. On my Win7 computer if I go to sound properties and advanced tab of the CA USB Audio 2 device and test the sound at 24bit 192Hz it still does not show any lights on the dac magic 100 incoming sample rate. Please help.
