  1. Maybe put all the LHLabs for sale stuff on Gavin's crime page as well....
  2. I'm sure he could help....after all, his website says: Maybe Larry could hire him for a small stipend. After all, Gavin has all sorts of documents nobody else has!
  3. Jarek has already said in this thread that everyone else has "moved on". There is nobody doing anything for LHLabs anymore. I doubt even he (the now Lawrence Hope) is doing anything. His "hope" is just to stay out of the light on this. "Out of sight out of mind"...or in his case "Out of sight out of money".
  4. This is the problem with crowd funding. Someone can raise millions, millions, and even more millions and they are not accountable to anyone. There is all talk from the sponsors about making sure backers get their stuff but it means nothing. IGG even says: "you should work directly with the campaign owner to resolve the refund request and method of refund." No accountability and no consumer protection. As we have all learned by now, only put as much money into crowd funding as you can afford to lose; always assume your money will be lost.
  5. Again, with the right mindset, crowd funding could be good for you. But NO MATTER WHAT, you should go in expecting to lose whatever you contribute. If a person is ok with that, then cool. The plan sponsors love it because it is easy money...just like multi-level marketing! I won't ever go back because it is just too greasy.
  6. I won't. The plan sponsors (IGG, etc) could care less what happens once the money is in. If there was some sort of escrow/insurance then maybe. But for now, I think everyone should assume that any money they put up will be lost. If you have that mindset then no big deal...but I won't be back unless there are some consumer protection measures in place to protect backers from BOTH the sponsors and creators. I ended up getting the FiiO M11 Plus LTD, which blows away anything the Wave would have been.
  7. nearly 400 pages here: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/light-harmonic-geek-wave.713829/ and the start of it all: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/geek-wave-a-no-compromise-portable-music-player/x/7892781#/
  8. Hmmmm....Patreon as well. https://www.patreon.com/gavinfish
  9. He already has a cease and desist. HAHAHA! Where are the Wave comments?
  10. "I investigate cold cases and report about my investigations on YouTube. My goal is always to help bring justice to people who deserve it." https://gavinfish.com/ Maybe he could investigate Larry and hilself! Or perhaps people could flood his Youtube channel with Wave questions. Or let YouTube know.
  11. This has been known for some time now. You can also see the "identity makeover" at: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lawrencehope/ You will notice that LHLabs is conspicuously absent LOL.
  12. This explains it all!! https://youtu.be/y1GWkMmcqLU
  13. The most important takeaway from the new update on delivery: “We don’t have a formal release time line for that.” Thanks but no thanks. I still want a refund.
  14. You have to love the ViDac update: "we hope this new design works out properly" After how many years??? And if it doesn't work out "properly" then what?
