  1. I’ve tried that and there is no Audirvana Support choice.
  2. I use Audirvana+ with iTunes. My iTunes folder was on a hard drive that crashed so as a result I created a new iTunes folder on a new hard drive. My Audirvana library shows all my old artwork and listings but of course no music is attached to it. When I add either individual folder or the new iTunes library I get duplicate track listings. I’d like to know how to delete all the old library info and then add new folder to eliminate the issue. I’ve spent all day trying to resolve this so any help is appreciated.
  3. I dropped mine off at my local dealer on November 7th after months of waiting for the call from Ayre for the upgrade. Here's hoping I get it back before the end of 2014.
  4. I called Ayre the beginning of the year to arrange for a 96 to 192 upgrade for my QB-9 and Michael recommended that I wait for the DSD upgrade. I've been on the waiting list for the upgrade at a point where as Michael told me there were less than 10 people on the list. Michael did indicate that dealer units had priority but is anyone getting calls for the upgrade yet? I called a few weeks ago and my name is still there so apparently I haven't been lost in the shuffle.
  5. Ted, I'm new to the forum and interested in learning how to put my SACDs onto my harddrive. I have an older PS3 that reads SACDs. It appears from reading some posts here that you can send instructions. thanks, Mitch
