I'm not explaining myself well. I'm only referring to the Stream Magic 6. When I try to play files from my computer through the SM6, it does not work every day. Some days yes, some no. Yesterday it would not play anything from my computers itunes but would play Aupeo. I don't understand how this could be? Does this eliminate the possibility of the problem with the network? Thanks! Sorry, I am able to get "radio stations just fine, but cannot play music files from my computer. It looks like it is loading with the artist/ song and just stays at 00:00. Does this make any sense?

I have owned a SM6 since January and it is continually losing connection. Or that's the way it appears. I plugged in a cable to my router and to my surprise there was no difference! The clock stops and so does the sound, then will cut in and out at will. I was told to do a hard reset and this does work, sometimes. Just wondering if everyone is having similar problems???
