  2. I ran into a similar problem with my iMac and D1. I was pretty disappointed but I tried a different USB port on the back of the comp and it resolved my issue. Good luck

  4. Lol, you obviously cared enough to respond to the post. Once again, this was a simple inquiry about their after sale service. I haven't bashed the company or said anything negative about their service. I think everyone is too quick to jump to the conclusion that I'm trying to "bash" Schiit.. One of the main reasons why I order from Schiit was due to their great reputation so I found it odd that they didn't respond to my concerns. It's quite silly to get your feathers ruffled over someone else's experience with a company.

  6. That seems to be the general consensus. However, it doesn't take long to answer an email especially when everyone is connected via a smartphone. In this day and age, 24 hours is a significant amount of time. I can appreciate your past experiences with Schiit but I haven't experienced the same. Secondly, I never expressed "dissatisfaction" but rather concern. Most people in this thread received a quick response so I found it odd I did not receive the same. If I ran a small online only business, I would make it a point to answer every inquiry or email in a prompt manner. If I didn't, it would be equivalent to someone walking into a retail store to not be greeted or helped.
  7. I agree Jim, great advice. Given their stellar reputation I never had a second thought about ordering from them. I hope this gets resolved soon. I didn't realize there was a big show over the weekend. However, that still doesn't explain why I haven't received an email indicating they've received my email and calls and will work on a solution ASAP. I'm a fair guy but I want my issue to be acknowledged.
  8. It's been over 24 hours. I realize I'm not the only customer alive but I feel 24hrs is an adequate amount of time to receive some sort of response. Their phone number is a Google Voice account as well. :\
  9. I recently order a DAC from Schiit and I've had issues getting ahold of them. Is this normal? I've tried email and VM with no luck.
