Roon Rock on Asus vivo minipc > DHLabs mirage USB cable > ifi micro iusb3.0 > ifi gemini 3.0 > ipurifier2 > hegel h360 USB input. Very satifactory result. Micro details audible & spacious sound compare to pc usb out to dac.

I also own the H-360 amp , and would like some feed back experience from you , on the amp experience , and customer service
When my amp is working it is a extreme joy , but 2 failed amps in a matter of months and some disappointing and slow customer service has got me questioning my wisdom of this purchase

I have Hegel H360 with usb2.0 input. I want to add micro iusb3.0 + Gemini3.0 to my setup. However, Gemini3.0 has usb3.0 port which is not compatible with my usb2.0. I was adviced to add ipurifier2 as an adaptor after Gemin3.0 and before my dac usb2.0 input. I know that micro iusb has all ipurifier2 features. Is this setup makes any sense sound quality wise. Or should I just buy Gemini usb cable which has usb2.0 connector. Since my initial setup is quite pricey. Love to hear pros and cons of my setup. Best Regards,

I have Hegel h360. It has usb 2.0 connector. I wanna add micro iusb3.0 Gemini 3.0 to my setup. However Gemini 3.0 has usb 3.0 connector which is not compatible (physically) with usb 2.0 connector. I was recommended to add ipurifier 2 as an adaptor only. So my setup will be pc to micro iusb to Gemini 3.0 to ipurifier2 to hegel DAC. Does it make sense technically, sonically ? and pricewise ? Or should I just buy gemini and done with it. My main concern is sound quality.
