  1. Dear community - I am fairly new to the DIY-audio scene, so please excuse me if I am asking for the obvious. I currently have a digital setup where I run Roon on a dedicated MacMini which is connected to my DAC (Chord Hugo TT) via USB. Now I want to move the MacMini out of my listening room and add a streaming interface to connect to the DAC. If I understand well, I can take the USBBridge Sig route and connect that to my DAC using an USB cable. Alternatively there is the DigiOne Sig which would connect to my DAC using SPDIF. My question is, is there a preferred route from pure audio quality perspective? (or even would it be best to leave the Mini connected directly to the DAC?) Many thanks for your suggestions!
  2. Dear community members - I am currently in the process of reformatting my (recent) MacMini and making a clean Yosemite install. I have licenced earlier (1.x I think) versions of both Audirvana and PureMusic which I intent to upgrade to the current releases. My questions would be what is the best way to install so that both players co-exist nicely. Preferably using the same audio files (FLAC). I recall having issues in the past where the control files of PM seemed to cause duplicate entries in Audirvana (or something silly like that). I would expect there to be a nice way to have this working smoothly together. Thanks a lot for any suggestion! Erik
