You MAY be correct about that but what you will find there is a vast knowledge about sub performance and recommendations on everything from budget subs with the best cost to performance ratio to HT recommendations for the person with unlimited resources. If you follow the site daily there will be posts about special deals on subs almost weekly. It's a good site to watch if you're looking for the best deals on speakers and subs.

IMac>AntiMode 2.0 Dual Core>RCA to Rythmik and XLR to Focal's. Basic Monster cables, nothing fancy or expensive. My Rythmik does not have XLR but some models do. It depends upon the amp you want.

I have the Solo6be's paired with a Rythmik F12 in my computer desktop setup. It's an excellent combination. The Focal's have plenty of bass to them already and a mid and upper range that is clear and articulate but with the Rythmik filling in the lower octaves it's an exceptional listening experience.

They sound great with everything. Bass is much better if they're placed near a wall.
