If you connect the device into your computer using USB, assuming you have installed two microSDs, three folders will pop up for you to move your music files. You can just copy them to those folders. It really is a primitive system, just like your Android phone. Then you go to setup and touch "scan library" button.

When I bought this, it did not support any Apple formats. But with v 1.3 update, it fully supports AAC, ALAC and AIFF.
