Hi, New on the forum. I have some problem with my voyage mpd 0.9 on an Alix 2d2, with the very good Teddydac (usb input): impossible to play flac hi res files (24/192) without glitches /brief and regular break / hiccup (sorry, I don't have the english words…). I try the same voyage mpd on a asus eepc 900 (celeron 900mhz, 1go ram), and no problem with the same files. My Teddydac don't support more than 24/48 on usb, so I suppose that mpd/alsa downsample the files for the dac, and that's cpu' resources wasteful. The "top" command shows, for the Alix: 70% for 24/96, 98% for 24/192, 3 to 7% for 16/44 !! For the Asus: only 22 to 25% for 24/192… Do you think it's possible to solve the problem on the Alix, by editing mpd.conf or something else ? Any suggestion welcome phil
