I was thinking about DSD. It can be a good features. Old DAC are better than new DAC like DCS Delius, Audio Synthesis Dax Discrete, Counterpoint DA10, Sonic Frontiers SFD-2MKII ?

Others recommandations ? What about audiomat tempo 2.6 ?

Hello everybody, I currently own a Audio GD 19DSP. There is a audible difference that could justify to spend $2000 on a new DAC ? I have made a list of recurring DAC. Anedio D2 Fostex HP-A8 Hegel HD20 Antelope Audio Zodiac+ NAD M51 Wadia 121 DAC Lavry DA11 Mytek DAC192 Lavry DA11 W4S DAC2 Audio GD NFB-7.32 Audio GD Master 7 Casea Cepheus mk2 Violectric V800 Mytek 192 I will have a balanced headphone amp. There is a audible between RCA and balanced XLR ? Could be a criteria to eliminate some DAC ? It will be hard to tell which DAC of my list is better than another. Could more interesting to know the strength of each. Thanks
