Hi, I was looking for a USB to Spdif converter for my peachtree idac and came accross this thread. After reading this thread, I called my local dealer and he had a demo ulink to try out. I just got it and I am still listening to it. It seems to be improvement to my system (instead of running a coax from pc to the DAC directly). I can hear difference at the high end of the frequency range and a overall more natural sound. My question is, I can buy this demo unit from the dealer at a discount (I am told I can get full warranty and so forth). The price looks attractive. Anything I should be worried about when buying a demo unit like this. Also it seems like one of the early units (serial number in the 30s). Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
