    Is it really necessary to uninstall ASIO4All driver ? Are you sure about that?

    I have the same experience as you with DM+ : no sound from the computer USB output; did you uninstall ASIO4All drivers successfully and get any sound through USB 1.0 and USB 2.0 after downloading CA drivers for 2.0 ?
