    About DSD, I play it via Pure Vinyl on my Mac. It work fine. I will check to see that it is not some real time conversion. DSD is new to me.

    I have one at home for test. I was skeptical partially as it is expensive (for me). I tried the Hegel last week and was very impressed. I guess it is subjective and I can only compare to other cheaper DACs like Cambridge Audio. I will keep the DAC30. It is that good. Unfortunately, like you, I can not find any reading about it yet. I am a newcomer in things like DSD files but it seems to run them really fine. I did not know that and was not even expecting that.
