Hi all,
new to the forum.
Im becoming quite an addict to digital audio.
Background: I have finally centralized all my music in a NAS. I organize all the music in an iTunes library with HD flacs (24/96/192) transcoded to ALAC at the same resolution as the original file. The NAS has Twonky installed in it.
I play my music in my main room / room 2 with a Linn Sneaky DS that can handle the HD tracks easily.
However, I have a Zeppelin Air in my kitchen that is connected to an Airport Express via Ethernet.
My question is: how can I stream to the Zeppelin from a different method than airplay / itunes?
I have several control points for my Linn. The Linn app, Kinsky, can see the Zeppelin as a uPnP server, however, when I try to stream, nothing happens. The same also happens when I load Twonky's App, Beam. It can see the Zeppelin but when I try to "beam" nothing happens.
Am I stuck with Airplay, therefore playing tracks only at 16/44 or is there a workaround?
Help is appreciated!
Cheers.
