Hello, I have a Rega Dac connected to a Hiface2, running on Vortebox pc, I found that when a song is paused or forward to the next track, the Rega loses the input lock state and consequently there is a audible noise, duo the Rega input unlock/ lock process. Someone can tell me why this happens and if there is a solution? ps. Connecting the Rega dac to vortexbox (without Hiface), everything works flawlessly.

Hello, My new np30 keeps restarting when i navegate in the menus (albuns, artist, etc). I have made a factory reset from the np30 menu, but i get the same problem (firmware on the np30 is up to data). Yesterday i try to use my computer with the "Asset UPNP" program, and i get the same problem. NP30 continues to reboot when the songs are change quickly or when I use the remote app for android / Ipad, to change the album/ music/ Genere, etc.... When this happens, appears the message "restarting" and then go back to normal. I find also, if i connect the hdd drive directly to the cambridge with the Ethernet cable (Seagate goflex home 2T), browsing an album quickly to find a music, i get the same problem "restarting" message from the player (happens even using the buttons on the front panel of the player). So, I dont now if my unit is faulty or if is a firmware issue. I have contact Cambridge Audio support, but I still dont have a clue about the solution. Best regard, Rui Rodrigues
