  1. Lol...i especially like this sentence: "If your dollar contributions are still more than the earphones' worth, you will still have credit to be used in the future for exchanges." Will there be any future for LHL/LH? EDIT: "Offers" were communicated via the "Pulse Analog Audio Components"- and the "Geek Pulse DAC: High-Rez Desktop DAC System" campaign updates. For those who still wait for a ViDac, Wave, Source this offer is not valid.
  2. If the QA is as good as with the campaign stuff then he won't be happy for a long time...
  3. I second this approach, too, with one remark: Pls mention only the sum in the Consent doc for devices you HAVEN'T received yet! Hence you should know for sure what you have already received and what not!
  4. I blame it on Larry that this "project" has even started 😉
  5. Well... at the moment I can't post anymore at HF ("awaiting Moderator approval") hence I like to remind you here again how you can participate in the spreadsheet: i) Request access In case someone is requesting access via the link to the Google sheet (see my signature) I either get in touch with him/her explaining that I need some further information and/or confirming that he/she has been added to the list. ii) Providing information via email Another option is to contact me directly via email at defraudedbylhl AT Gmail DOT com. iii) Providing information via PM Last but not least the required info can also be provided via PM (here or Headfi) although I need an email anyway (for sharing further updates regarding the complaint). Regarding the info which needs to be provided: user name (either the one from IGG or any other forum such as Audiophilestyle etc current home country and of course the total price (including all its upgrades and shipping costs) which has been paid for each device (e. g. WAVE 128 $xxx, ViDac Tube $y, xxx,...) Quick remark: A lot of persons click on the request button of the Google sheet adding some info such as "would like to have access". Then I send them an email mentioning that I don't grant access to anyone to avoid that the sheet will get harmed and asking for the info aforementioned. Usually they respond back with the requested information hence I'll add them to the list. But there are also others who went "silent" after I dropped them the email. Hence those guys won't be included in the distribution list of the finalized complaint due to the fact that I couldn't add them to the list because of the missing info.
  6. Hi radeon, drop me an email to defraudedbylhl AT gmail DOT com and let me know the following information: - your user name (either the one from IGG or any other forum such as Head-Fi etc) - your country where you currently live and of course - the total price (including all corresponding perks per device and e.g. shipping costs) you paid for each of the devices you still haven’t received. E. g.: Source $xxxx Wave 64/128 etc. $yyyy etc. Then I’ll add your info to the spreadsheet. Thanks and Cheers, Markus
  7. I honestly am not familiar how to set up those kind of forms for Googles tables. Hence I write back to the guys who want to participate and let them know what is missing. Guess the forms would have made it easier for me but at the current state I doubt that many more people will join.
  8. Regarding the "spreadsheet": some guys (14 in total) contacted me (or precisely requested access to the spreadsheet) but once I got back to them explaining why I don't share the "write" access to anybody I never heard back from them. So..pls..in case you read this: share your information and I assure I'll will add it to the list as I did with the current 106 ones. Thanks in advance.
  9. Let’s wait another five years and he will think about Aptx hd etc.
  10. OK...I can start an attempt to contact all guys who particpated so far asking for the above bold info. Then I would add the additional info in a copied spreadsheet which I would share with you only. Does this make sense? Cheers, Markus EDIT: Just re-read your post, Mike, and I presume the last step, everybody has to review and sign off is the bottleneck. Hmm...any option we can overcome this situation? Maybe you share the complaint doc with me and I get back to all the guys? And will put you in cc?
  11. HI Blake, the info/answer to questions C and D is available in the spreadsheet but I'm not sure if it will be easy to get all the addresses (in case they are required to answer question A or if a simple "Yes" would be sufficient) and the date of transactions from the guys. Currently the 72 guys come from the followoing continents: Asia: 15 Australia: 1 Europe: 10 India: 1 South America: 1 North America: 41 Not sure how many from the North America ones live outside the US (i know from some that they are from CAN but I dont have the precise overview). Bottomline would be to drop everybody an email to ask for the address. If this email ping pong would really be required then of course the above mentionend questions could be a added although I tend to agree with you, Jud and Mike that most of them can be commonly answered. Let me know the outcome of your approach/proposal. In case the participants need to be contacted to get the missing info I'll give it a try. Cheers, Markus
  12. Some update regarding the spreadsheet participation: so far 51 guys have joined which is good but I presume we can do better 😉 Hence ...spread the words again...the more who participate the better is the chance that the we arouse the awareness at the AG´s office.
