  2. yesterday arrives my used PS3, I installed the firmware and the ripper app, everything was fine, I can't belive, thanks to everyone in this thread and to ted_b for his pdf, i just ripped 15 SACD and counting regards

  4. I yesterday make a clean install in a MacMini 2012, intel SSD, everything was right and the system runs perfect, i only had installed itunes, audirvana and plex (server and home theatre)
  5. so, can we use TraX safely or wait? anyone had tested the dsf files? (dsf only) I had ripped more than 70 sacd iso files to dsf with sacd-extractor, due to tagging, and now know they have a bug in. regards

  9. my case.... amarra 2.4.2 trial, mac mini 2011, in startup items itunes and amarra, the mac starts fine, but some time after it had a kernel pannic and the system restarts
  10. i give a new try to amarra 2.4.2, version 2.4.1 only play 0.0.0.15 of first track, then stops

Hi For this reason I use a NAS, you can set it to mount at start up the macmini in system preferences, i tried with USB and FW drives and i got the same issue like you Maybe someone can write an automator script that can set in time the mount of the USB drive and launch PureMusic/iTunes later, or easier, that launch Pure Music/iTunes 5 minutes after start up regards
  14. thx REShaman I will try Amarra 2.4, if not play fine I will return to PM, but in my opinion Amarra sounds a little bit better regards
  15. a hour ago i run audirvana, play a song and quit, then i run amarra and the tracks (full disk) load pretty well and start playing fine the only thing remains is not send 96 when the track has bigger sample rate, 96 is max the optical output send and my Marantz SA-15S2 DAC accept Where can i set the play cache to 4Gb? regards
