is there anybody who tried to use mdf or wood as a base for computer motherboard with separate power supply with no fan or even battery power for different components of the computer? any component recommendations?<br /> <br /> i am also wondering if anybody had an opportunity to directly compare Nova Physics Memory Player with Naim HDX Hard Disk player.

I found the review of Berkeley's Audio Design Alpha DAC very useful, especially the part which compares pros of alpha and minerva. It was not my intention to "hijack" ... anything.<br /> <br />
