Yes. This began with installing Windows 10 updates for me too. I can occasionally get it to appear. I've created a desktop shortcut until things are sorted and typing the path still works. I'm still having an issue with UAC remaining disabled after resetting with the service tool. The update prompt works great.

Also the 0202, 0204, and Fast Track MobilePre are usb powered. I'm not sure if this is relevant to you or not. Some folks prefer the separate power supply.
