Hi Folks;
I am hoping someone here can help me with an issue I am experiencing with my first experience with downloading high resolution 96/24 files from HDtracks. My system is a Dell XPS8300 desktop connected to an Audiolab 8200CDQ via USB. Jriver is the media player. 44.1/16 files work great. However, when I play 96/24 files i get a periodic popping or clicking sound and general distortion. When that is happening the front panel on the 8200cdq displays a ERROR message for a moment. The display is also indicating it is receiving 96/24 files.
Any idea what I can do to solve this issue?
