Since you had mentioned about support for higher PCM sample rate and DSD 128 support, I would suggest you to audition Antelope Audio's "Zodiac Platinum DSD DAC". It is a ProAudio company known for it's Master Clocks.
The DAC supports DSD64, DSD128 via USB (DoP) and up-samples to DSD256 and then converts DSD directly to analog without conversion to PCM in between. It also supports PCM audio upto 384 kHz. Other interesting features include FPGA PCM up sampling, Quad DAC architecture, Atomic clock input. But note that it has a pre-amp which cannot be bypassed and has relay attenuator (analog volume control).
