Got this resolved on RopieeeXL forum.
Well, they didn’t address the matter directly - which is frustrating as this must be a common complaint/issue with the Ropieee/USBridge implementation.
To configure Ropieee correctly with Allo USBridge Sig, it is necessary to specify the HAT device as “None” although the USBridge Sig is definitely a HAT board.
Question for you/Stephan. Have you tried JRiver output via DLNA? If so, was SQ much better with the Khalsa Tone Board? No system BTW.
I would like to know how to set the JRiver MC Audio Output to DLNA. Similar to the Allo/Ropieee issue, seems like this would be very common question and simple to fix. However, the solution isn’t readily available.
