  1. Google translate: Hello I have a Nuc core i5 8259U box which has just died, it served as a server on which Windows 10 19h1 19 was installed. use Roon for dematerialized music which drives the following installation - Lumin D1 + network reader - Sbooster BOTW P&P ECO 12 V MKII power supply unit + Magic Furutech L4 mains cable - Silent Angel Bonn network switch N 8 - HEGEL H80 amplifier + Magic Furutech L4 mains cable - DALI Opticon 5 Column Speakers - Optical cable toslink LIFATEC - HP ESPRIT BETA cable - ESPRIT BETA Modulation Cable - VOVOX Textura Sector Bar - Viablue Cat 7 Ethernet network link (Telegärtner sockets) Only the NUC box has just let go of me and even if it means upgrading my installation, I was considering switching to a FANLESS ZOTAC core i5 box with double RJ45 output, what do you think? This choice is quite simply that it has a double RJ45 socket which greatly improves the audiophile quality by separating the Flux, but how to connect it is another story? Cdt it's not me
  2. @austinpop I wanted to say thank you for your efforts with the group buy. I have contacted Habst.
  3. Hi @scan80269, In a previous post you were trying several regulators at the 5v input. Did you find any one sounded better than the others? Disclosure I used your Sparkos directions for my SU-1. Thank you.
  4. I would like to get a V1 modified by Sotm if I can locate one. Google doesn't show any. I took a chance on the one I have. I bought it off Amazon. It came form France.
  5. I had my unit mounted with Velcro. I am not able to see the sticker on the bottom.
  6. Hi @mfin Thanks for the write up. I just opened my V3. It is a blue board but quite different than yours. Here are some photos.
  7. Hi @RickyV, @rafa I purchased the Pulsar clocks without doing research first. Pulsar is not a direct replacement for Crystek 575 in the SU-1. There are engineering considerations. Frankly it is over my ability. I see that there are other alternatives that are straight forward to implement. I have a neutron star in my CD transport. Thanks
  8. Hi @rafa I was aware of the package differences. When discussing the SU-1 mod with "Pulsar" I was informed that it is possible to use their clocks but there are some engineering concerns. I am awaiting further communications. I hoped to get some first hand information with my post. Thanks
  9. Hi @rafa I was told by pulsar their clock is not a direct replacement in an SU-1. I would like to ask someone that has made the modification for their input.
  10. Hello @SolidCore I see in your post that you know someone that has Pulsar clocks in their SU-1. Were the clocks installed by your friend? Pulsar clocks do not seem to be a direct replacement for the Crystek. Pulsar clock pin 1 is N/C not connected. I would like to find out how the clocks were installed. Thank You.
  11. @elan120 I like your carrier board. It could make many possibilities for clock upgrades in various devices. Is the a company that would make some? Thanks.
  12. @elan120 I received the Pulsar clocks. They are larger than the 575's. What do you think would be the best way to mount them? Thanks.
  13. @elan120 Thanks again for the clarification. I did not want to make any assumptions with the LT3045. I have placed an order for the new LPS-1.2 as well. I plan to use the LPS1.2 for the Xmos LT3045's. My SU-1 is powered by a PH SR7 5v (presently SparkoS VR). Your help is much appreciated.
  14. @elan120 Thank you for the clear explanation. I am gathering some parts presently. I placed an order for Pulsar Clocks and bought the Pulsar VR's. I have also ordered LT3045-A boards as well. I thought I would test both. Looking at your photo I see a wire at 3 EN ( ADP150 ). Where is the other end connected? What do you think about adding a 2nd LPS-1 @5v to power the XMOS Mod (3.3v and 1v LT3045-A boards). Thanks.
