I am connecting to my headphone amp (Teac HA-501) which can also act as a pre-amp. I can select either variable or fixed output level from HA-501. Should I turn the A2 volume to maximum and use HA-501's volume control? Or using A2's own volume control by setting fixed output from the headphone amp?
