  1. Public Service Broadcasting played this video before their tour gigs a couple of years ago: “Geoffrey went too far”
  2. You'll need an optical to coax converter. I use an M-Audio CO2 unit but these are no longer made, I believe. If you search on Amazon you'll find other digital converters. Make sure whatever you buy goes Toslink to digital coax, as some on the search I posted convert to analogue, which is not what you want.
  3. That would be in breach of CA's Privacy Policy, wouldn't it?
  4. MQA "owe" you nothing, just as Microsoft "owe" you nothing in respect of their operating system, Apple "owe" you nothing with respect to their 'phones etc (provided they don't blow up or spontaneously combust). If you like it, buy it. If you don't, then don't. If enough people agree with you then someone is sure to accommodate your musical needs for a price, witness the rebirth of vinyl.
  5. Actually there are lots of MQA albums currently on Tidal not listed in the Masters area. The Roon forum is ferreting out plenty not formally listed.
  6. Matt, can I ask you where you are based (country)?
  7. It appears it has a different chipset to the 103 and 105, so I'd guess it won't unless the clever folks who invented the current SACD program can find a new hack for the new units.
  8. No need for any cash. http://www.computeraudiophile.com/f11-software/sacd-ripping-using-your-ps3-part-2-a-7495/
  9. It's taken a while but Warner Music Group has finally signed with MQA.
  10. My guess is that you're not bit perfect to the DAC. Is the Audirvana doing any upsampling?
  11. Firmware's out for Explorer2 and Prime by the way. On the Meridian website for those with registered products.
