I'm not a editor and am not really familiar with Avid (or Final Cut for that matter). One of my clients has requested that I deliver my composed music with metadata attached to it so they can view it in their Avid system.
I am delivering high quality wav files. How should I go about embedding meta on them? I would love a way to do some programmatically via the command line (or even via a piece of code) as I upload my music to a site that delivers and manages all my songs.
Can anyone point me to a program that will write metadata to Wav files via a command line tool (can be linux, pc or mac) or programmatically?
