I tried with Audirvana with this configuration:

Unfortunately my hiFace Two appears between MIDI devices, plays for a few minutes then stops inexplicably. As the device remains visible but silent. It is the model with RCA output, connected to the DAC Moodlab.

HiFace Two does not work with the Mavericks. I followed the directions of the excellent Hong Huy, but while the hiFace Two works not. It should work without drivers but it does not. Disappointed.

Thanks for this indication. I found that this system seems to function: 1. Open Terminal 2. Type this "sudo /Applications/TextEdit.app/Contents/MacOS/TextEdit" 3. enter your password 4. In textedit open /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.audio.coreaudiod.plist 5. Change false to true 6. Save 7. Reboot Great Audiophile! You are the best!

When I open iTunes or other programs (Audirvana, BitPerfect, Pure Music ecc.), the system sees and mounts the devices (PopPulse, hiFace, or other) but when I select the track preference system "sound" passes the internal speakers. Sometimes the music returns, more often disappears for hours at random. There will certainly be some conflict, but where? I've reinstalled the system several times. Thank you.
