  1. On the earlier Meridian G68 processors (like mine), the USB was for maintnance and configuration only (an alternative to the serial port). As far as I know, the latest G68 model only - G68SL (Feb 2010) - had USB for audio input. Out of curiosity, I'm researching in parralel if the G68SL usb is Hi-resolution multichannel compatible.

  3. Does anyone know if such a converter exist? I'm looking to play hi-res multichannel files from my computer into the multichannel S/PDIF input of my Meridian G68. I came across the ExaU2I USB to I2S Interface. Most DIY enthusiast seems to be interested to connect the output to multiple DACs - which is what it is meant for I understand. But is there a way to convert the i2S output to S/PDIF instead? Thanks
