  1. I have a W4S DAC-2v2SE and their Recovery. Does this product exclude the Recovery? Which then sounds better? After all this, if I buy the xspidf2 I also have to make a custom cable to make it work with my DAC? Can this cable be purchased? Or, is there another solution to all this? Like JBNY says - buy the Ultradigital? (I'm not sure what that is yet....)
  2. Got a reply last night - seems like my registration wasn't update from Trial to Full license status in their database. Someone did it manually last night and now everything is there. Finally.
  3. That's what I'm hoping. Never got the emails before today. I run my own WatchGuard firewall and all emails go through to my computer. Not sure what happened, but I've sent him some screens shots and await his reply.
  4. Followup - Robert from audiokernel.com finally got back to me. I will update here when I have some news.
  5. I know that - I've purchased it. I'm having these problems with the registered version.
  6. Um, that's the whole issue - Roon is not there - only the other 3. I've created a support ticket but no response. How do I get Roon to show up? I need it. And under Tools there is no file browser.
  7. Hi Arthur. I've just purchased, downloaded and installed Euphony on my Zotac mini-pc. Love the sound! (Which is why I bought it). I've sent messages to the support team on the website (www.euphony-audio.com) and no one is getting back to me. Should I be asking questions here directed to you? (BTW way I'm in Canada). Some of my issues - I need Roon and it doesn't show up as an option. I have no File Manager choice under Tools.
  8. Ditto for me as well. As one of the owners affected, I really appreciate what you do and I know you have been working hard on this issue. My upgraded DAC sounds fantastic. I only have a limited selection of DSD files, but converting them to PCM has been working for now. As for the sound, it seems there's more detail and depth. On some tracks, not only can I see the instruments on stage or in the studio, but I can now see the performer playing the instrument! I look forward to getting your resolution for my DAC. 9. I've tried all the Jitter settings to no avail. Tony and I have been in contact via email and they are working on my issue. Flac files sound great!
  10. Received my upgraded DAC2 DSDse yesterday with the 9038Pro chip. Having an issue with DSD file playback. Will report back on everything soon.
  11. Got an email yesterday from Tony saying they're expecting the 9038 any day now and mine is in the queue for the upgrade.
  12. My DAC should arrive tomorrow at W4S - I decided too to upgrade to the 9038 Pro for the extra $300. This will save me having to sending it in again in the future. No word on any MQA support though.
  13. Here's a note from Tony at Wyred4Sound: The upgrade does not affect the clock, so Recovery will still be a big benefit. I believe the Recovery will always be beneficial.
