  10. Well, my amateurish crack at this: It looks like an early an attempt to stick a very long lens on a Leica rangefinder body. The lens looks around 560mm and something like f/6.8. And it's probably not a telephoto. To use something like this on a rangefinder body at the time required a reflex housing like the original optical Visoflex which takes up quite a bit space. Electronic Visoflex on a modern M doesn't need that space. So to use this on a modern M requires a special extension tube with the exact length of an old Visoflex.
