I'm burning FLAC music (only) files as a music CD - no pictures or other data, using burrrn. I'll try calculating the MB accurately and see what happens. Thanks to all respondents.

When burning MP3s to CD, it's easy to put on 79+ minutes of music with no problem (I never worried about MB, just time). However, when I used burrrn to put 79 minutes of flac-encoded files onto a 700MB, 80 min CD, there was insufficient capacity on the CD and the music got cut off.
