  1. Thank you wgscott. Much appreciate your suggestion. Could you please send me your email address so that I might take advantage of your generous offer to help? My email address is: [email protected]
  2. Yes, you should consider yourself lucky. I was not so lucky and purchased one of their Mack2Music modified Mac Mini servers early last year. The customer service was nearly non-existent and you were required to pay for any telephone support beyond the initial 30 min. set-up. This company had very few staff members and I found their main tech support guy to be impatient and unpleasant to deal with. Since I was totally new to the world of computer I found the operation of the CA system confusing with lots of bugs and a steady stream of unanswered questions. My CA system now sits unused, unplugged and I will soon replace it with something that is more user friendly and above all comes with great customer support.
  3. I am relatively new to computer audio and I need a little instruction on how to download on-line hi-rez files. I am presently in the process of ripping my CD collection and that is going fairly well. My computer audio system consists of a Mach2Music modified Mac Mini running Lion,an Ayre QB-9 usb latest model 24/192. I am using a new Mac Pro 15" running iTunes and Puremusic. I also use my iPad as a controller. My format is AAIFF as iTunes does not support FLAC. What is the step by step process for downloading an AIFF Hi-Rez file. Much thanks, Skipperjay
