Im launching HQPlayer from a USB stick, where should I : INSTALL / ADD those programs, I also have an Optane M.2 empty, Should I instal HQPos with the mentioned programs there ? Thanks !

Hi Miska, thank you ! I guess because my Audio Server is passive cooled it only goes until DSD256 with limited filters and cause I don't have a way to measure temperature , so for now im using PCM....Do you think i10-10700k will be powerful than the MM M2 ? No can do ...

Expecting my AppleMini M2 / 16 Gb / 8 cores / 10 GPU cores , to arrive any day now to replace my beloved old Mini -late 2012- . Nowadays , I use the old one as the HQPD remote for my audio server, which consists in the following : SERVER : - HDPLEX H5 Fanless Case - ASUS ROG MAXIMUS HERO XIII Z590 - Intel i7-10700K - TAIKO DC-ATX ( 24pin ATX to MoBo & 2 x 8pin to CPU ) - Apacer 2666 Industrial ( 8GB ) - Optane 58GB ( HQPOs -- ROON ) - Startech NIC PCIE card with Audio Note Cap replacing original - JCAT XE USB PCIE ( POWERED BY SOLA 5V ) These are my -so far- choices of change . other choices are very Welcome Adding a STREAMER ( +- 1500 - 2000 * ) selling TAIKO DC-ATX & JCAT XE USB PCIE Adding a STREAMER ( +- 1500 - 2000 * ) selling JCAT XE USB PCIE Replacing the actual server with MacMini M2 Thanks to All !

Hi Jussi, Always use avx2 but after failing to open both in HQPClient and ROON, I used sse42 image and same results I have Dongle I was using Client V4, my MacOs does not accept V5, but that was ok Yes that I do every update

I Updated to HQPLAYER embedded 5.3.1 and after one day it crashed and now even HQPLAYER Client 4.4 is no longer possible to open , should this be because of my MacMini late 2012 that can not use Hqplayer client V5 and this Embedded Version 5.3.1 is having a hard time with my old machine ? Also, I was able to use with ROON with found addresses with "ifconfig" with the likes of 192.168.3.14 or 192.168.3.50 meaning only changing the last two digits when updating version, now "ifconfig" found this 169.254.138.60 and it does not work with ROON either ? Any ideas ?

Hi Jussi, Playing direct from here is more open and bigger sound than going from ROON, issue here is with files of 96/24 or 192/24 resulting at least four to six pauses at the beginning of each song with those rates where in ROON that is not happening ...any suggestions ?

Once PC is turned on or better said ( 1,000 times reboot ) all works in the "http://hqplayer.local:8088" a few minute or minutes but less than 2 ad all is gone to crash... That said I have been dealing with these since before MAY and even purchased the dongle considering upgrading to v5, PLEASE I NEED HELP TO ONCE RESOLVE MY ISSUE 🙏 regards

DAC is there while browser works...after a while crashes and Console retrieves what I sent on those pics... can not download HQP Client because my MacMini is late 2012 : what do I do, how else can I find HQPe IP to insert in ROON or what else can I do ?
