  5. Mint Condition $1200. shipping $40 to USA. Like new. No Scratches. Box included. Never left on. Like new The McIntosh MCLK12 mantle clock is a celebration of time while being a tribute to classic McIntosh design. Constructed with the signature McIntosh blue watt meters, the MCLK12 demonstrates the same easy to read visual interface. Blue meter lighting may be switched on or off from the front panel, or by other McIntosh components, depending on the viewing conditions. Faceplate is the same width as other McIntosh equipment, allowing for rack placement; also wall or shelf mountable. The left meter measures hours while the right measures minutes. The hour and minute hands cover a twelve and sixty minute arc respectively on the MCLK12 along with Power Output Meters on compatible McIntosh Power Amplifiers. Both hands 'fly-back' in a retrograde fashion when they reach the end of their scale. The MCLK12 is the ultimate fun way to monitor the passing of time. Battery backup keeps time during power outages.
  6. Selling for $14,000 (plus PP or Wire Transfer) plus Shipping. Includes the just released "V3" upgrade which is $4500 (included) THIS IS AN XDS1V2 UPGRADED TO A "V3" ONLY 20 "V3" MADE. Will quickly become a rare item. It has an Esoteric Drive and can read SACDs. The V3 version is Ed's latest design for the Analog PCB. I'm still a fan of Ed Meitners and have ordered the new DA2. Make payments free with Venmo App or use PP as a friend so no fees Box, Remote and Manual. Also will include original V2 Analog board if you want it... THE XDS1V2 IS $25,000 PLUS THE "V3" UPGRADE IS $4500 = Total $29,500 This is a mint scratch free flagship product of Ed Meitner of EMM Labs in Calgary, Canada. It has been upgraded to the "V3" status which is the newly designed analog PCB from the DA2 DAC. https://www.emmlabs.com/xds1v2.php this is the V2 literature... Too much to put here so go to the review of the V3. READ REVIEW BELOW. https://www.dagogo.com/emm-labs-xds1-v3-update/ from Dagogo: The upgrade involves replacing the entire analog board that contains the DAC converter circuitry. Both the analog and converter circuitry are quite different than they were before, which is why it made sense to simply replace the entire board. A key component to the redeveloped board involves power distribution to both the analog and conversion circuitry — power distribution being an area in which there have been new learnings and developments in recent years in such sensitive areas. The changes in circuitry and power distribution represent nearly a decade of learning, and would be complex to describe specifically. As Ed Meitner said to me in a call, “It’s not just one tweak that gets us where we want to be…it’s a global thing. Everything has to play together. It is important to understand that the new board represents an overall process of continuing improvements, not just one thing.” The end goal of the process is clarity, transparency, and musicality, the latter of which in this reviewer’s experience, sometimes seems to get left on the cutting room floor. After a month or so of very happy listening, I can sum up this upgrade simply: The upgrade is a terrific success and worth every penny for those who already have an XDS1. Let me begin the listening descriptions with comments about a series of SACDs, from which one would expect excellence from EMM Labs.
  7. Does anyone have any experience with the benefits of the IsoRen with an EMM Labs DA2 DAC? I've used it with my Meitner XDS1V2 with great results but the dig input board has been greatly changed on the new DA2. The DA2 also offers galvanic iosolation. I will try it as soon as i get my new DA2 but was just wondering if anyone had first hand experience with these two products. Thanks
  8. Reading SWL3600's comment on the USBPC i'm bummed. Stupid me sold my CC 200mm Link without comparing the two. Any other opinions on the two devices would be appreciated... Australia here i come
  9. Don't have much time now. My ice is melting. Got the LPS1 PS Super-Capacitor unit. Mind blown. Didn't expect it to make a difference because I was already using a $1000 JPS2 LPS. Also the Regen has its own 5volt regulator supplying the DAC so i didn't think it would matter. This super capacitor supply is feeding the regulator in the Regen. It's unreal. Never heard my EMM Labs DAC sound like this. Bass is full, tight and solid. Instruments have life. Air around all instruments. Crazy good. I actually bought this not knowing if it could outdo the Uptone JS2 but it surely did in leaps. Figured i'd buy it and then probably sell it, but i'm thrilled. I am feeding the LPS1 with 9 volts from the JS2. Like others have said you can't stop listening. Thank you Alex and John. JS2 powered MacMini & Regen - EMM Labs XDS1V2 - VTL S-400 - BW 802 Diamonds or Pathos Aurium - Hifiman HE1000V2 cans (USB Curious Cables)
  10. My Golden Question is weather or not there is a SQ improvement when powering a Regen with the LPS1 versus the JPS2? Apparently Alex has not had time to make the comparisons. Any chance John Swenson has made this comparison? I would think others would be interested in the results of this comparison. *** I did order one from the first batch but not sure how excited i should be. Fingers crossed
  11. Any chance someone has tried the IPower with an EMM Labs XDS1V2. It's supposed to have a great regulator circuit of it's own?
