Hi chris, thanks for the great article! <br /> Helped me a lot setting up my ripping strategy.<br /> But please, maybe you or any other reader can help me with this problem.<br /> <br /> I have tried the dbpamp trial (R14.2) for 3 days now and i would love to purchase and use it for my ripping, but there is a mysterical flac tagging problem.<br /> <br /> What i tried:<br /> Multi-encoder with flac & appleLossless in different folders. AppleLossless files are all with the tags i wanted (custom edited), BUT the flac files have no tags. <br /> WinExplorer >edit idtags > no tags, all empty. Same with songbird & VLC, no tags.<br /> Then i tried AIFF & MP3 too. All tags there. So in songbird & VLC etc.<br /> <br /> My setup:<br /> dbpoweramp running via Win7/parallels on mac OSX 10.6.8 (snow leopard).<br /> Tag creation: vorbis comments, ID3v2 version as v2.3, IDTag padding 4KB.<br /> No DSP effects.<br /> PerfectMeta intelligent lookup is enabled.<br /> No security software, there is in parallels only Win7 with only dbpoweramp apps running.<br /> <br /> Would be great if you or anyone can help, please.<br /> Thank you.
