Dear Chris, Appreciate your swift reply. Thing is, I'm based in the Netherlands and we don't have import for Berkeley audio. Closest importer is based in Swiss. So yes, I will demo the Alpha if I have the chance, but I was just curious about what knowledgeable people like your self have to say about these 2 approaches. And of course how they sound in A-B comparison. And I don't mind this will always be subjective! kind regards Arjan

Hi there, Has anyone compared a Klimax DS with the new Bekeley alpha series 2? For some reason I can't find a review of the Linn streaming solution in comparison to the best dacs available. I own an Akurate DS and prepared to upgrade to Klimax but more and more I'm beginning to feel that Aurender/Berkeley is the way to go. kind regards Arjan
