Good morning @AudioPhil Thanks for the reply. I have just checked again in the Self Service Portal and it is still stating that I have exceeded the number of included activations (5 of 5). I have purchased extra keys from you before, the last time being 25th March this year, so I know the procedure. The difference this time is I have not received an email from you confirming the activation key counter has been lowered. I hope this helps

Ordered a UD-501 six weeks ago here in the UK....... turned up this morning. Looking forward to some serious listening over the coming days having followed the posts on this thread and realising what a great piece of kit this is...... another member of the club.
