I agree nemick. I've spent a passion for years and I really don't care about other peoples opinions. I chose my own music and my own equipment. I changed my likes, dislikes and found the right parts. So know, I 've already paid for my sound system and don't want to pay for "upgrades" because my left ear isn't really able to hear above 17, 000 Hz. I probably sent too close to rock and jazz concerts. So my plan is to organize and if I can just listen, appreciate music and kick back and build a music server, I will be content. I know I'll need to spend some cash. If the music server reaches 95percent expectations of my "perceived" DAC sound , then my objective will be accomplished. I just need my speakers, amps and preamps properly maintained. I'm enjoying Computer Audiophile. I prefer Chicken.
