  1. A lot of the Pop/Rock on HDTracks looks to be 44/16 redbook stuff anyway, and not HD at all. They do have some classic albums (like Fleetwood Mac) in high resolution formats, but I haven't tried them yet, so I don't know how they sound.
  2. In case anyone else was wondering the same thing. You tap and slide your finger across the tracks you want to select.
  3. Probably a stupid question. I finally got a music server all setup. Mac Mini-->Mapleshade USB S/PDIF-->Channel Islands Audio VDA2-->Red Wine Audio 30.2 LFP-V-->Tekton OB4.5's. I'm remoting into the Mac via Remote HD on my iPod Touch, which works fine, except I can't seem to figure out how to select multiple tracks when loading a playlist in Amarra. I'm ignoring iTunes entirely, and just clicking Playlist-->Add Tracks from Finder. I somehow stumbled into some combination of keys which allowed me to select multiple tracks (CTRL-CLICK functionality, meaning I had to click on each track), but I couldn't duplicate how I did it. What I really want to do is open the Finder window, select a folder, click on the first track, then click on the last track and select all tracks (Shift-Click on the keyboard). I'm assuming there's a way to do it....hopefully. Any help would be appreciated.
  4. I also have one of Vinnie's amps (LFP-V Signature 30.2). Absolutely top knotch. Having a battery powered amp also helps avoid any noise from switching power supplies from computers bleeding back into your system if they're on the same circuit. I'd love to own his DAC as well, but that'll have to wait. Should note as well, Vinnie's implimentation actually combines Class D with a Tripath chip. Class D power is very efficient (necessary for battery power) and the design works very well.
  5. I've had a few disappointing downloads, so this wasn't a big surprise to me, but definitely disappointing. http://www.itrax.com/Pages/ArticleDetails.php?aID=32
