  1. After my friend Steve( Thank you ) loaded up my NUC with V4 on Friday, all I can say is V4 is stunning sonically! V4 is running perfectly without a hiccup in my system. The detail it retrieves along with the tone, and separation of notes is so eargasmic that it puts a big smile across my face in disbelief of what I'm hearing. I believe the price of admission to V4 might be the best money I've ever spent in audio up till this point.
  2. Seems a small price to pay for superior sound quality. Thank you for all your hard work Euphony team. I haven't heard the beta version 4 yet but a buddy who is computer friendly says it is stunning. I'm looking forward to hearing V4. Warmest Regards, Bill O'Connell
  3. Just running a Lightspeed USB from Computer to Regen with an attached Supra cable to the other Regen. I know its not perfect setup but this way I was able to power both Regen's with separate cables supplied with the JS2. It is the best my system has sounded . Clipper(Steve) was over Friday night and is very familiar with my system over the past couple of years and he also thought it was exceptional.
  4. JS2 running the last two days with two Amber Regen's at 9V in the main system. Just wonderful! Couldn't be happier with the way the system sounds.
  5. Eastern Electric Supreme, $1350, or Eastern Electric Junior $850, both are DSD capable.
  6. Amazing product! Every area of the music presentation sounds better with the Regen. My Audio buddy Steve was kind enough to to order me one back when and was also kind enough to lend me another Regen until my two Regen's are shipped hopefully this week with the JS-2. Listened almost all day yesterday and then ran one of them overnight in the big rig. Played some of my favorite songs this morning and came to the conclusion that this is the best $175 dollars ever spent in audio. Alex & John deserve a standing ovation for putting out the Amber Regen.
  7. I know PeteG was using the Sparko Labs op-amps which made me order some to compare. Great tone, more full bodied then the Dexa's and just a joy to listen too. Highly recommended, using a 1950's Hivac 12AU7 helps a lot also.
  8. This was from Alex ."Hi Bill, The output will sound louder with these higher gain opamps. But I think it will be fine as long as it does not over drive your preamp inputs. Hope the above helps. Thanks. Best regards, Alex"
  9. Hi Pete, I was looking at the specs on the Sparko Labs op-amps and was concerned about the Gain of these so I asked Alex Yeung to comment on their use to see if compatible, I'm almost certain they are but always best to check with the designer. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from him. Better safe than sorry
  10. Also the Eastern Electric Supreme Supreme and the Eastern Electric Junior should be on this list
  11. Hi Miska, Just wanted to say Thank You so much for all your work. I am using your trial HQ and all I can say is that it is stunning! My music has never sounded so wonderful. Warmest Regards and my heartfelt gratitude. Bill O'Connell

  14. Have you downloaded the driver for the USB? Go to www.eeaudio.com Click on the picture of the DAC PLUS which will then take you to a page that has the different drivers for whatever computer you are using.Download the correct driver. The Snow Leopard also works with the Lion for those using a MAC.
