I have two ipods - a shuffle and a nano. My music collection is on a Mac in generally lossless format. The shuffle has a neat facility whereby it will import randomly from your whole itunes library. I can't seem to do this for the nano - anyone any ideas on how to import randomly to a nano?

Also, the shuffle has a setting to compress files to AAC automatically on filling. Again, I can't seem to find such a facility for the Nano - anyone know how to do it?
