Rhino Records: No More Digital Downloads?
I may be missing something. I have a few FLAC downloads from Rhino Records, and it appears that they no longer offer any downloads?
I checked an artist page (Led Zeppelin) where I previously downloaded an album, it appears it is CD and vinyl only.
Sad, as I considered it an alternate source for FLAC downloads.

It looks like you may be right. Just a cursory check of a few different titles and it shows physical format only.

A whole batch of RHINO Atlantic & RHINO Elektra hires downloads appeared today at Qobuz (Doors, Otis Redding, Coltrane). Just a coincidence?

..and the other day I was wondering why all this old R&B stuff was showing up at HD Tracks...now we know...it's all Rhino.

On three separate occasions I succumbed to the temptation of downloading from Rhino, each time swearing I'd never do it again. In the first I was burned with an incomplete download that I never could complete. Then downloads with incomplete or no metadata. Finally a double charge on my credit card. They had no support whatsoever. I'm glad they are gone.

Hmmmmmm, yeah, maybe HD Tracks and Rhino have made a deal of sorts, as I noticed some Rhino titles appearing on HDT as well.
I thought the Rhino download manager worked very well, but even when downloads were available, they were limited.
Porcupine Tree and King Crimson are bands that seem to have fully embraced audiophile downloads, but the majority are still limited to the physical format.
Looks like (at least at this point in time) if you want variety, you have to wait or spend a lot of time looking.
