I'm trying to get everything up and running with my lynx pci card and jriver going to the bda 1. I can't get the lynx card to recognize 24/96 signal. The 44.1 light remains lit I can't seem to get it to change. This is with 24/96 material being played thru direct sound. Any suggestions?

Ok I can configure the sample rate by configuring the lynx thru the speaker icon. This is exactly what I had to do when running thru the onboard audio. Is there any way the synchronize the lynx to the signal coming out of jriver without manually switching it?
Thanks,
T.J.
Hi T.J. - This has nothing to do with the Lynx card. Yu are actually converting the sample rate by sending the audio through the Windows OS audio stack. Go into J River and select WASAPI or Kernel Streaming or ASIO output and you'll be fine.
Here is some info on this topic.

I was able to get it right by configuring asio, but now everytime I play a track it pops a window up saying that the audio is starting and then u press ok and everything is fine. Is there any way around this?
Thanks again,
I've got the computer sending everything to onboard audio so I'm now in exclusive mode and dac is changing thru j river. Thanks again for the info.
Hi T.J. - You need to uncheck the box that says Display diagnostics etc... See picture below.
