best/easiest way to transfer my vinyls into Itunes?

What is the easiest way to get my LPs digitized into Itunes?
Obviously preserving the high quality of my turntable.
I heard of Audacity...

GarageBand

Hi,
If you have a Mac then Garageband is the easiest way to transfer vinyl.
It may not be the best however.
I just record the song as a track on Garageband and you can export it directly to iTunes.

Pure Vinyl

is certainly a package to consider. Preview of version 3 in beta format is currently available. It is a fairly complete tool for the process, including a playback engine should you choose.
