I'm assuming that you are asking for advice? If you have a DAC, I'd look at some studio monitors from Focal, Genelec, Dynaudio, or another active speaker company.
IIRC the Lynx AES16e-50 is a package of the Lynx AES16e card and a breakout cable... So having said that - you should know that the Lynx AES16e will not by itself produce a signal which (the majority) of Integrated Amps would be able to amplify. The Lynx AES16e is designed to provide a digital AES signal (similar to SPDIF) which is then connected to a DAC.
One thing you've not commented on is what size room this system is to go in, but for a modest sided room you could look at combinations such as a DAC with built in volume: i.e. (at your budget level) Lavry DA10; Benchmark DAC1 or Apogee Mini-DAC with active speakers such as Dynaudio or Focal. The alternative would be to get an integrated amp with a built in DAC such as the Peartree Nova and add a pair of speakers of your choice. At the end of the day you need to get yourself along to a dealer and listen to some combinations.
