Backing up via network

I have a Glyph hard drive 500 GB connected to a MacMini/QB9 downstairs.
Have a 1.5 TB Lacie Quadra backing up my imac upstairs.
Problem/question:
How do I use the Lacie to also back up the Glyph hard drive,so my updated music files on the Mini are backed up?
I cant seem to find a way to do this.
I have Airport Extreme as network in house.
Is there a better way to back up the files on the Glyph?
Thanks!

Hi Barry - The simplest way of all time is to use the Airport Extreme and Time Machine software built into Mac OS X.

Connect the 1.5 TB Lacie Quadra to the AE via USB, set it up the drive with the Airport setup utility, tell Time Machine to use that drive. Backups will take place without user intervention and will work wonderful. I use this on some machines and I've never had an issue.

Thanks Chris! I'll try this and let you know how it worked. So far listening to music via the Mini is so instantaneous and cool!
