jimim
http://www.cepro.com/article/airremote_for_iphone_greatest_little_tv_remote/ Just found this on Cepro! This looks like it can be very very interesting! The slide show shows how the cache box will take the IP info and convert it to IR or anything else needed. You can control iTunes it shows and your whole media room. This is going to be cool! jimi Link to comment
The Computer Audiophile
Wow Jimi - Thanks for the link! The iPhone SDK looks like it will give us some great stuff. This remote option looks very cool and I'm going to start researching it right now. There probably isn't much out there about it, so I may just have to get a review unit in here! Thanks again Jimi Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
jimim
Chris, I was talking with Bob about it already. He is going to mention it aroound to some of his reps and see if they know anything about it. All I found is that you need that box from Global Cache which will convert the IP info to IR info and route it. The unit with 3 IR outs and one Cat5 for computer linkup is about 130 dollars. You can also get a box that has 6 or 12 IR outs. This is the other stuff you need. That's all I know also at this point. jimi Link to comment
