dac with MOG/pandora?siriusxm via internet

any advantage to using an external dac ie cambridgeaudio dacmagic plus or halide dac hd between my pc and avr when listening to streaming music fro these sources-i am particularly interested in MOG as their bitrate 320kbps is the best of the three-will the sound reproduction be improved? thanks bobbmd rburdic2@twcny.rr.com or rburdic2@gmail.com
